We don't really have favourites here at Energise E-bikes, but we do like it when stepthrough e-bikes come with a motor like the Bosch Performance. It's a great uphill climber which means with a bike like this you can coast uphill in an upright, comfortable position: such a great feeling. No burning thighs to ruin your bike ride!
There's something about the proportions and weight distribution of this bike as well that means it is very easy to control. Even if you're an only a fairweather cyclist, you should feel in control of this bike at all times. It's stable, and responds well to the rider.
We like the wide Continental tyres as well. If you are upgrading from a conventional bike with skinny tyres, you might find it strange to have a bike with such wide tyres, but they provide an extra level of comfort an grip that is very welcome on unpaved paths, or simply on our imperfect roads!
