Shipping policy
E-bike Shipping
We use a third-party logistics agency to manage our bike shipping. They will organise a reputable courier company to deliver your bicycle. We will notify you of the carrier (eg. FedEx) when it is confirmed and provide tracking details.
The delivery will be 1-2 days after our technicians have approved the bike for collection (see ‘handling time’ below).
We charge £50 for an e-bike delivery. There is no cost for collecting from your nearest Energise E-bikes branch.
Accessories Shipping
Our accessories are shipped First Class via Royal Mail and Parcelforce (1-2 working days).
Accessories shipping starts at £5 with the final cost depending on the size of the parcel.
Handling Time
E-bikes: With bikes in stock aim to have your electric bike ready for dispatch within 2 working days. We use this time to pass the bike through our workshop for a final mechanical and electrical check, to update the software to the very latest version, and to pack the bike safely and securely.
For bikes out of stock / pre-ordered bikes, this time will vary depending on availability. We will keep you updated on the progress of delivery.
Accessories: Accessories should be dispatched within 1 working day of your order being placed.
Delivery Updates/Tracking
We will send you an email to let you know the progress of your order. Please provide us with a working email address, and please check your spam folders for notifications from us. Wherever possible, we will provide a tracking number for your parcel.
Returns

International Shipping
We do not ship outside of the UK. Please refer to the bike manufacturers’ websites for details of stockists in your region.
