An e-bike annual service includes going over the bike as if it were being assembled for the first time, with every component and system on the e-bike thoroughly checked: tightening bolts, inspecting brakes, and adjusting gears. The battery and motor are tested for performance and safety. Tyres are examined for wear and pressured, and wheels are trued. The drivetrain is cleaned and lubricated. Electrical connections are inspected, and software updates applied if needed. Finally, a test ride ensures everything functions smoothly and safely.

*New parts, if required, will remain chargeable. Parts - such as the rear cassette and the chain - tend to need replacing after 1500 miles or so (or sooner depending on the overall condition of the bike).
