Focus has developed an incredible rear suspension system that they've named F.O.L.D. It's a unique system to Focus and too clever to explain in full here but let's just say that this is the type of bike that feels comfortable as soon as you sit on it. Even when the adjustable suspension is locked out, it has a satisfying level of give. From the moment you're in the saddle, you are ready to ride...no adjustments are necessary. Seriously comfy.
Smooth Transitions
Like all electric trekking bikes, this bike is all about going on-road, off-road, and back again. This e-bike seems to do that more smoothly than most. Perhaps it's that F.O.L.D. suspension system, maybe it's the wide and versatile Schwalbe Hurricane tyres, or maybe it's the generation 4 Bosch Performance motor and its enormous amounts of power. It's likely to be a combination of all those things that make this bike capable of smoothing out your journey from the first to the last stroke.
Fully-Equipped
If you owned this bike, there is a 99% chance you will want to ride this bike every day. It's that good. So it's rather lucky that the bike is fitted with very sturdy mudguards and a kickstand as well as lights and a rear rack. The rack is rather 'minimal' (see photo) but nevertheless will accept most panniers.
