Top of the range trekking e-bike, refined down to the last detail. The first-class groupset including Shimano Deore, Bosch Performance line and ergonomically-shaped handlebar grips enable highly sporting performance to be achieved. The Ultimate T10 HMB is delightfully stable on the road thanks to the battery and motor integration plus the rigidity of the frame. The dynamic design, high level of comfort and excellent handling make this bike the ideal companion for long recreational trips.
Not your typical sit-up-and-beg bike!
If your idea of a stepthrough bike is something that you would only use on a quiet beach promenade or for extremely gentle journeys in sleepy villages, then be prepared to flip this completely. This is a stepthrough bike with a motor that was first built for sporty e-bikes. Now that doesn't mean you'll be wanting to attack a technical, rocks and boulders incline on this bike, but you can still certainly take full advantage of the power to sail uphill. Why should mountain bikers get all the fun? Load up the rack with everything you'll need for the day and set off on an exploration. The bike is more than capable of extending your range.
About that hill-climbing...
Just as Gazelle says, the bike is "delightfully stable" thanks to where it carries its weight and the strength in the frame. This translates to really efficient, pleasant riding without the rocking and rolling associated with less well put together bikes. When we gave this a test-ride for the first time, going up hill was magical. The bike held its line really well. It was a bit like it was following an invisible track built especially for it. A very nice sensation indeed.
