About the Gazelle CityGo C7 HMS electric hybrid bike
The CityGo C7 HMS is everything that the so-called 'Boris Bikes' in London should be. The bike is elegantly simple, built for heavy usage and unisex in style. The features you'll need for city riding - lights, rack etc - are actually built into the aluminium frame, so they are as robust as anything you'll find. Also the bike features roller brakes, which you don't often see in the UK, but these are hard-wearing, zero-maintenance, all-weather brakes that are popular on the continent where daily riding is often the norm. Also low maintenance are the hub gears by Shimano, which you can change even when stationary (such as at traffic lights).
The bike comes with its own security chain lock, which is housed in a holster in the pannier rack for ultimate convenience.
The bike is short between the saddle and handlebars so the riding position is very upright on this bike. If you like to have your head high while riding, this is perfect. It means you have no strain in your lower back or neck and you get a good unimpeded view of the road.
Ideal electric bike for commuting
Commuters will appreciate the CityGo C7 HMS as a hardwearing "every day, every weather" commuting e-bike.
